I previously worked, for many years, with a long term user of MortgageKeeper (from way back in V3 days) - and continue to work on some future development of system use for them.
I believe that MortgageKeeper offers a number of benefits not available on competitor systems - primarily around its extensive capability for personalisation to meet the varying demands of different business models and circumstances.
However, that very capability brings along a number of potential problems for users, including ...
... and, being brutally honest, many of us recognise that - while improvements have been made in the last year or so - past support and training from eKeeper has been lacking, as has communication in both directions (and between users).
We believe that a forum like this will help to address such issues:
An open exchange between members will, we believe, help us learn from each other - there are some very experienced and capable users out there, who will hopefully be willing to give a few minutes to help the rest of us out (and there may be some who would be willing to put some more time into it on a commercial basis).
Additionally, if we can establish a consensus, at least on some issues, we would hope to feedback constructively to eKeeper to influence on their prioritisation of fixes and developments.
We have incidentally invited eKeeper to take an active part in the forum and they have indicated they are happy to support this.

- a need for some level of in-house IT administration capability and resource
- limited guidance in terms of documentation and training (as my personalised version of system probably looks nothing like yours)
